Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and STAR Focus Event
VOiCEup Berks invites you to a night celebrating the life, values, and ideals of MLK Jr. on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025. This free event is open to ALL ages and will take place at the Reading Public Museum from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Our STAR (Stand Together Against Racism) students will be speaking about their initiative and leading mini-projects for community members to promote change and growth. Members of the Reading Symphony Orchestra will be performing as well. Additionally, Theron Cook, brand strategist and muralist will be live-painting during the event. Theron is an entrepreneur teaching life through art and visual communication. We hope that the music, art and words inspire all on this very special evening.
